Service was absolutely brutal. Both waitresses were in a very bad mood, snapped at every question we had. If you have food intolerances do not visit. They are not accommodating at all and become irritated if you ask questions. It was overwhelming to order and interact.
Enjoyed a delicious lunch, great service, great ambiance, great pride exhibited by the ownership.
Everything we had was so good! That gnocchi ♥️👌
We went there for a team lunch with my coworkers few days ago. I’ve tried their fixed price menu, and I would say it was a great deal. I’ve got kale salad, fettuccine and sorbet. The first two dishes were really good except the last one. I was expecting something with the same quality or even better for the last taste. But it’s ok. I will go back to try the other dishes.
Authentic rustic Tuscan food in downtown TO, great place, make reservations
Great place with awesome dishes. The Pinci Buglardo is to die for.
Food was meh, service was meh. Prices are high. Will not be back. Enoteca Sociale is where you should go.
Made reso at 8 pm for 9 pm, got there at 9:05 pm to them shutting the place down, chair on tables in half the restaurant. This Dec 18th, the busiest time of the year and they had to "reopen" the kitchen at 9 pm? Food was good, but never asked us for espresso or after dinner drink just brought the bill. They were clearly looking to go home. Won't bother next time
I had the Winterlicious porchetta... It was a good choice.
We had a group of about 30 people for our Christmas party here and it was fantastic. Service was speedy and friendly and the food was really delicious. Enjoy!
Witnessed Tutti Matti with tables out on their patio, serving drinks and food during a pandemic when they aren’t allowed to do so. Will never visit this establishment if they are so blatantly ignoring laws that protect everyone’s health.
Food was not the greatest. Nothing exciting. If you decide to have a lunch or dinner and you are in this neighborhood - there plenty of other great places nearby where you will get a better meal for same price.
The regular items on the menu are stellar. Loved the porcetta on toast, would eat 4 of that in a meal. Also tried the special (veal on fried risotto) but it was a little bit too much
Chef Alida, provides an amazing menu with great service!
Great local vibe and the food was tasty!!
Exceptional cuisine from Tuscany.
Greats service. Excellent food. Red pepper chili on charcuterie was outstanding.
Loved it! Every single dish was spectacular - but the one that stood out was the duck ravioli! The sauce was amazing - if you have any left over, make sure to lap it up with bread =)
Fantastic, Authentic Tuscan food just like being in Italy......
Great food, price is decent and service is good.
Way too expensive over $80.00 for 2 for LUNCH and it wasn't worth it. My husband had 1 beer and I drank water. No coffee or dessert. 1 appetizer and 2 lunch mains. Service left a lot to be desired. They cleaned a table for us right next to the door and I don't think it could have been any smaller. It wasn't that busy in there and now I know why. We weren't even informed that there was a lunch special. We walk by here all the time and always find it not busy....now we know why and we won't be returning anytime soon.
The most delicious Italian food we have tried in Toronto so far, tried the 3 course menu for Winterlicious. The portions were very good size, just right. Definitely recommend trying out. Staff very polite and friendly.
Enjoyed a delicious meal and a wonderful bottle of Etna Rosso. All seamlessly coordinated with chef during Covid-19 for curbside pick-up! It was a really nice treat. Food was delicious! Thanks!
Went there for lunch for a birthday. Ordered fish they brought me only the fish with NO sides (No veggies .. nothing!) $28 for fish with no sides. We were very disappointed. I was still hungry after eating at Tutti Matti.I did not add the picture to my review. I went there at lunch and they didn't serve a side with the fish like in the picture. It would have been nice if the waitress would have said there was no side, i would have ordered a side at an extra cost or just would have gone with a completely different selection.
Last meal in Toronto this trip. We enjoyed 3 shared plates - larger than expected but will keep us fuelled until our late night flight
Nice and casual place in West Downtown, staff was courteous and accommodating.Food was okay, I ordered fish, and have had better in taste elsewhere.Staff drips the wine in almost every glass on the table, may be too casual.May be it is because of busy time of the year, I visited in Dec 2019.
Tutti Matti is by far the best Italian restaurant in the city. Time after time the food and service is well beyond expectation. I recommend the short ribs, they are truly amazing.
Alida and her crew clearly provide a top tier Italian cuisine & wine experience in Toronto. Tucked away on the edge of the entertainment and central business districts, it’s safe to say Tutti Matti sets a strong regional standard in a casual and attentive setting. There were many highlights but I truly loved the wood oven fired margherita pizza: simple but yum!
The place is beautiful; it is not a place for big plates, but it is enough and delicious.
Good wine selection, the osso buco is to die for.
Truly the authentic Italian experience outside of Italy!
This place is a hidden gem! The food is very fresh and tastes like traditional Italian food! Menu is contestently changing, but everything is made to excellent and fresh. Friendly staff and the owner is pretty cool as well. Great place to take a date, enjoy a fine dinner, or just because... 5 stars forsure 😃
Great little restaurant, wonderful and extremely helpful staff and great food. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu!
Amazing pasta I loved tagliatelle
Our experience began with a great wine recommendation. Our app, the eggplant meatballs was excellent! Our pasta dishes (brisket and wild boar), we're phenomenal. We've been chasing Firenze since we visited and Tutti Matti delivered. Our desserts were icing on the cake... sister had tirmisu and I had the semifredo...to die for. Our waitress was the chef so I feel we had a leg up...but she never led us astray! Would highly recommend!!
Really delicious food, and the waiter I had was really friendly and professional. I got the mushroom pizza and it was so good.
The food here is very good, the pasta's that we ordered both tasted very fresh and the food was very well seasoned. Only reason why I gave it four stars is because no one mentioned that even takeaway comes with 18% gratuity included which I personally felt they should've notified me up front so it felt like it was a hidden cost which really left a sour taste in my mouth.
Food: 8.5/10 (fresh pasta made in house)Decor: 6/10
This place is amazing
Great service and delicious food. Authentic pizza and flavourful gnocchis. The staff is friendly and professional, the food came out quickly. Great atmosphere for a bite and the music very nice. Several parking options nearby even right in front.
Phenomenal food. Everything made here even the bread. The burrata and roasted Peaches was just a perfect balance of sweetness and tart. Service was great and friendly truely a great spot. Go, you'll love it .
They are friendly and awesome people and their customer's relationship is excellent
Hidden gem with a loyal following. Subtle and delicate flavors with great attention to detail in every dish. The duck pizza was sumptious.
Good food, however the interior does get extremely warm during the summer due to the oven (you can barely feel the a/c)
This restaurant has really adapted to the COVID fine-dining experience. Excellent food, great service, cool picnic table sitting that is well distanced and all the staff wore masks.Every dish we ordered was excellent. Would definitely come back.
The food here is unbelievable! I've had both pizzas and pastas, never been dissapointed. And I'm so excited that you can order from them on Ritual!
stumbled upon this place unexpectedly after passing the front bunch of times, it’s always got the cozy vibes and happy people enjoying their food. ordered lamb tagliatelle and ragu pappardelle and both are really authentic and flavourful, would say that it is worth the value paying, which is above average if comparing with little italy average pricing for pasta dishes. the amount of food seems small but actually very fulfilling (and i eat a lot of food per meal). staff is nice and makes you feel like in an italian household/home
My girlfriend and I were here at an exclusive American Express Marriott Bonvoy event and the food was absolutely sublime! Chef Alida Solomon was so friendly and fun to be around and her food is on another level of Tuscan greatness! Everything is authentic and made from scratch! Love it!
We had a group event and it was great!...great service ..we were very well looked after and the food was excellent. Always a great dinner spot!
A wonderful Tuscan oasis in the heart of Toronto, cooked in a kitchen situated in the center of the restaurant, letting you see Chef in action; recommended to me by a waiter in a restaurant in Montalcino, Tuscany. Truly an authentic tuscan experience from the decor, to the wine, to the flavors and aromas and the atmosphere that allowed us a 2.5 hr lunch without feeling pressured to leave! Put it on your itinerary next time you are in the neighbourhood...reservations recommended for dinner; prix fixe lunch was perfect.
